I had this problem, but I double checked my address which was on my account for years and it was slightly different to the address I used on my card. My city and state/province was different so you must make sure that they align with the city and state province you use when putting your card in otherwise it will always say its invalid.

This got me and I figured out if you have the ps app on your phone. Open it and go to the settings and add your new card on the app. When you put card details on the top it will say use your resident address, click the box and add.

If you moved and did a change of address that's probably why, I recently moved and haven't told my specific bank yet but I guess the change of address @ ups change it was still putting in my old address had to put the new one in and voila it worked

So I finally solved the problem, I told my bank my card was damaged and needed a new one also made sure they had my correct address (they did). New card works 👌 since I’d changed address my old card wouldn’t work.. stupid but there you go 🤷♂️
Just got an email from my bank, they thought it was a case of (stolen/fraud) card transaction, so this could be why you might be receiving this error as well. Hope this helps

Make sure to put the exact name on the card for example (MR jimmy b Armstrong) and the correct address used with the card
