Will just end as a ketchup stain either by acceleration or being smashed by the ridiculous looking LS swap pogo stick weighing 400 kg min . If you somehow do that? What would that actually look like? Like some gru minions vehicle?

As did most of the shops that had one. Even in the mid 1960s this thing looked like a major disaster waiting to happen.

The fact that it powered itself in the hopping part of it, allowed you to focus more on the complicated process of 1 hoof galloping with it. They were meant to make standard pogo's sell, then if they could go forward on a spring style one, the pogoer could advance to a gas one and have legit transportation, besides the super tiny gas tank. Not very useful at all. The new sprung and pneumatic pressurized ones are much better.

Nice break barrel .22cal preferred (pellet weight and size of the tail end or air trap) grab a 15.6grain or similar pellet. Fill the back end with Vaseline... Stays put compared to diesel. You will notice a massive difference. 30-45% speed differences. Terminal ballistics nearly double. Move to a lighter pellet and it'll break the sound barrier. Nice little puff of smoke out of the end too!
Btw... A .25cal or even .30 cal break barrel pellet rifle is tits with Vaseline! Share with a friend! Use a decent quality air gun (only break barrel)... Gamo or Benjamin grade is fine.

Perhaps some of you smart peeps and/or engineers could work out the power stroke timing, a little more spring so that You are already coming up before it fires. Just speculation but, it does make sense that the way it fires now it could be pretty painful. Anyways, if you want to see what the pros use to get unbelievable performance, they don’t use a spring at all. From what I’ve seen they are charging the cylinder with air or possibly nitrogen thru a Schrader valve at the top of the cylinder. Very interesting. Be safe!!!

Much softer landings and you can adjust the right amount of air/gas for your weight. 👍👍
