I had an amazing new year, I don't know for your next mythology doll what about a Siren? I would love to see more Tarot Card Dolls. Any luck finding another horse for your
death doth? I think another barbie horse doll or Head Mistress Bloodgood horse would look perfect. Once Xibalba is ready your DEATH TAROT CARD DOLL will be ready
      for photo shoot. :)

@@brianahawkins8124 I'm so glad you had an amazing New Year! 🥳 I was in bed with a cold that night haha. There are definitely more Tarot card dolls to come this year. I love the idea of a Siren. There are so many different directions I could take them. I've got a couple of ideas for horse repaints, so I might work on those first 😄

The amount of detail you're putting into her skin is giving me Jackie Oh vibes. She loves adding visible veins on her dolls.

I love your repaint technique. It's so entertaining to watch the layers be built on the skin in such a realistic way. This is amazing!

Tip. Try doing warbla or craft foam for miniature shoes and accessories. Hextian and some other doll artists have tutorials on their use of materials.

I really appreciate your journey and I look forward to this continued growth. The height to me is your d&d doll, or I should say, she was my personal favorite and really showed off how much you've learned and how delicate/finessed you can be.
I can't wait to see where we go in 2022. 🥰🥰

Oh my gosh, thank you so much. Your comment really made my day! 😍 🥰 I'm so lucky to have people like you with me while I go on this doll repaint journey! It is funny that you mentioned Mia my D&D doll repaint on this video, because with both dolls I had so many eureka moments for learning my repaint style! Sending you all the positive vibes today!

I LOVE the paint on her body-ody-ody.
    Hahaha.
You really are one of my favorite doll customizers!! I've loved all the work that you've put out! Medusa 1.0 was beautiful, but Medusa 2.0 is SPECTACULAR.
I simply love your attitude and your outlook on things. Definitely put me in a WAY better mood than I was, since I found out yesterday that I have covid, and I'm 7.5 months pregnant. So been a little blue, but THIS cheered me right up!!
Thank you for being you!! 🖤🖤🖤

She looks Gorgeous!! It's ok to make mistakes, You can still use apoxy sculpt for future projects, plus you can save the pink snakes for future doll project.
You can save the old Medusa doll and turn her into something else if you want to. See you on your next video. :)

I remembered your first makeover and you have come a long way! For body blushing and facial contour Poppen Atelier is prolly the best, plus the way she does the eyes is amazing. Dollightful, Hextian. Enchanterium also do amazing makeup. Dollightful has an Etsy shop where you can buy clothes patterns she designed for her dolls -- are reasonably priced, highly recommend. Then practice making clothes, or alter ready-made ones.
    Oh -- Epoxy-Sculpt is amazing!
My only comment on this doll is the eyes are a bit too far apart. If that was a design choice, ok.

Yeah I just realized what was off, the dolls right eye, our left, was far too lazy/leading to the other corner

I’m in no way a sewing expert but for the shoulder seam splitting maybe try a more durable, high quality thread and make sure you tie big enough knots. I’m more familiar with hand sewing so this may not be super helpful lol. She turned out beautiful though!

Both are great but you can see how far you've come! Why can't you add more snakes? Can you take the snakes off her head? If so sculpt a couple of more snakes using someone else's head, I'm sure you can mask it off to paint or something. You can change it if you really don't like it 😊

    • @MiddleRabbitDollArtStudio

Thanks, Cyndi! You know, I've been staring at your comment and kind of facepalming that I didn't think of that. So logical and smart and it just didn't occur to me LOL. May be time to add some more snakes!
