Because Vivi is a foreigner(she's Hong Kong born)her contract with bbc is also tied to a work visa that allows her to stay in Korea to work under bbc, so the process for her to file to terminate her contract will take considerably longer seeing as how contract termination also means deportation back to Hong Kong..
Seeing as how the ladies appear to be moving as a lockstep unit on this situation with bbc I'm willing to bet Vivi is working towards finding a remedy to readjusting her visa while working towards her contract termination.

I have been told that I keep assuming things about the LOONA girls' friendship, but I disagree. They are as transparent as they can be about their successes and struggles as a group. They openly laugh or cry about things that they go through together. And during pre-debut, they always looked out for the new members and do their best to make them feel welcome into the group. That's why their friendship is so strong. You see it in their body language, how they laugh and joke together, how they hug or cry on another member's shoulder when they're sad. They are as honest and open as they can with us Orbits. Heck, even Queendom showcased their strong teamwork. Even though their future as a 12-member girl group is uncertain, I hope they can still work together in some capacity and maintain their friendships.

"loona's" end is not the end of everything. i'll be supporting the girls no matter what. it might won't be easy for any company to acquire them as 12-member group... but regardless of anything orbits should always have their backs.

Bbc is known for their mistreatment esp regarding hair.
Yeojin cried because they cut her hair into bob just to fit into the concept. After that whole era, she immediately get hair extension and she diligently took care of her hair so it will grow back fast and healthy.
Kim Lip and her braid. The whole time in Hi High, she kept complaining about how she is losing her hair and that her hairstyle is too tight on her head. The stylist kept saying that its normal to lose that much, but it got to the point where some kfans noticed her hair breaking and causing layers that were uneven and dry af because of the dye and bleaching. And btw, you can get bald because of tight hairstyle, traction alopecia exist and its shitty that they gave Kim Lip that kind of excuse. A lot of kfans actually took photos with her but they didnt show it because her hair was so damaged it looks like hay on their camera.
Jinsoul. What can I say really. For years she has been blond, and they always touch up her roots, just to suit her concept in loona. She opened up about wanting to change her hair into black/dark color, but the company always forbid her.
Gowon's case was more of a technical issue and it was like one time only but still, its crazy. She has the healthiest hair among the members that went through it tho. In her solo, she origibally had black hair, then they bleached her hair, dyed it black again just to get some shots that the company wasnt satisfied with, then bleached it again in span of 1 day. Yes time crunch is a thing but of you are risking your artist's hair and scalp that much, thats a problem.
