Elasticsearch text analysis and full text search - a quick introduction

Hello, e-people!
This is an introduction to the 'Full text search' section of the Elasticsearch course I'm building at the moment. I've been testing this material with some colleagues and wanted to post it here as well.
I explain the advantages of full text search, what an analyser/analyzer does, the components of an analyser (character filters, tokenizer, token filters), and give an introduction to match and match_phrase queries.
Text analysis in Elasticsearch is a wide and deep field. It's absolutely fascinating and incredibly useful.
