I am not a youtuber, but you've inspired me to do a video on my hair journey. My hair for various reasons was not only damaged, brittle, and dry, but was thinning tremendously. For about a decade I tried what I could, but I'm a bit crunchy granola so I refused to treat with chemicals. Anyway fast-forward to now and my hair is night and day different!! I feel so blessed with my new natural routine. I have been doing this routine for over two years now and I will never go back. You will get there LeeAnn, it's a journey :)

I’m so sorry you’re having hair loss ☹️ I had the same issue after Covid. It’s did take a while but my hair did get back to normal, yours will too!! I would suggest going and getting some blood work done just to make sure your vitamins and hormones are all good. They can contribute to the length of time it takes for your hair to regrow. You’re not alone, I think every woman I know has had hair loss after Covid.

Hi LeeAnn. I just wanted to share with you my journey through hair loss. I got covid when the 1st bout came around and was hospitalized for 7 days after the horrific experience I went through coming home and healing I discovered the same thing of hair loss. It was coming out in clumps. After talking to doctors they had mentioned that yes this was something that was a residual from covid. A year later I got it again but not as bad I will say. I have been taking biotin tablets and biotin drops by Rae products at Target. My hair has stopped coming out and it is thicker And I am very happy with the results. I still take it every day And even my oncologist has approved me taking it. I actually can get both products online at Amazon. Give it a try if you want to and hopefully it'll work for you. Continue your great work.

First of all, I love you channel. With respect to your hair loss, take 4 black tea bags and steep them in 4 cups of hot water. (It must be just plain black tea... I usually use the famous yellow label one 😉). Shampoo your hair, rinse well, squeeze out the excess water, soak your entire scalp with the tea (warm or completely cooled) and let the excess soak your strands (your hair will feel stiff), DO NOT SQUEEZ OUT THE TEA, apply a deep conditioner to your hair and cover your hair with a plastic cap, let it steam for at least 30 mins with or without heat (I leave mine in for an hour without heat), rinse and style as usual.
Idk why but this works. you don't experience excess shedding for at least 8 months to a year. This definitely works on ALL hair types.

I have eczema and my face loves neutrogena’s hydrogel. I probably should go back to the name brand because I’ve tried all the store versions of it and they’ve all been a bit stingy. The stinginess doesn’t end up irritating my skin but it irritates ME if that makes sense. Now I swear by their hydrogel masks- the ONLY face mask my skin likes! They feel cool and have been nice when I don’t have the energy to use my ice roller during a bad migraine.

First of all, don't worry about your hair loss...trust me, we as women have fluctuating hormones all of our lives. Covid can not be ruled out as a contributor, however; you definitely will regrow your hair. A funny fact, my hair always falls out as we go into fall, I would think how is this, it's going to be cold, shouldn't mother nature be preparing my head for cold days by adding hair!!!! Not so, I shed like a dog in summer! ALOT of hair. Don't sweat it. Love the video, am already going to try the face gel for dry skin. Love everything, thanks so much for sharing.

I told my sister this exact same thing last year. I've been noticing around each October, I experience a lot of hair-fall!! I think it's akin to falling leaves, so too our hair falls. It must be God's design to shed what is weak to make way for stronger, healthier hair. I agree though, it seems counter-intuitive lol

Hey, there can be so many different reasons for hair loss so it’s important to understand the reason for hair loss prior to treatment. I experienced hair loss for a few months after having Covid, I started using a hair oil once a week and it’s finally reduced to its “normal” pre Covid amount of shedding. Not sure if it’s because of the oil or just getting back to normal after Covid. 😅

It did not happen to me, and it may not affect everyone who has had Covid, but I have certainly heard of that being a side effect.
