i recommend reset and derailment reset is about 2 people who got stuck in a time-loop and derailment is about a girl who dies in a car crash and supposedly time travels to the past
These Dramas deserved way better. They stay in my watchlist longer than romantic comedy dramas. They don't usually get popular because this era is mostly about romantic comedy drama. But once you gets matured enough, your favorites are more like in the roles of Mystery and other Similar dramas that makes you feel like you are in the drama ( bit of romance and comedy but mainly focused on action and Mystery Suspense)

I don't know if the ones I mention below are popular, but so far there were three dramas I rate as 10/10: The Rise of Phoenixes Goodbye my Princess Couple of Mirrors I througly enjoyed watching them because of the story that kept me binge watching, music, beautiful costumes and scenery, great acting and the unknown X factor that just touched my cold heart 🤣. As for the one mentioned I plan to watch The Bad kids, Murderous Affair(...) and The longest day in changan. And I can recommend a mini drama that is funny and a bit uncoventional (like a parody) - The killer is also romantic. Its like costume version of Mr and Mrs Smith 😆
@@CKdramamoments yeah, forgot to warn about the ending. 🙊 but its was a reasonable ending so I was sad, but happy ending was not an option considering everything that had happened between the leads. It's just a perfect depiction of "sometimes Love isn't enough".
@@Dori1703 I didn't watch that far, it started well and I enjoyed it but the ML was so manipulative and I gave up, would be happy if you recommend me some of cdramas you enjoyed, it's now one week but have failed to get any cdramas or kdrama to watch next, I mostly enjoy those with an historical setting 😊
@@CKdramamoments Well, if you prefer happy ending I really liked General and I and Dream of splendor. Rebel Princess is pretty great (beautiful costumes and settings, but heavy on scheming and politicus as well), and Love like the Galaxy I would rate about 8/10. One of the first cdramas that "hooked me" into cdrama world was Legend of the white snake with Ju Jing Yi- it Has some flaws, but the FL is smart and kind, not the childish type. BUT I have to warn you, the second couple story is sad. I really liked Chen Xing Xu since Goodbye my Princess, so I always look forward to his next projects, and I loved this years the Starry Love- it has nice flow, its funny and the FL has spark and character. The ending is ... well... lets say kind of happy. But the actor that played second male lead, Chen Mu Chi had a breakout role to his career I think- he Has some New projects, some as ML, so I think he will get more recognition now. Those are a few I could recommend.

What?Zhang zeyi's drama is underrated?and no one can heard?this is emposeble because Zhang zeyi is a very good actress and she's a very popular even in Hollywood she's a popular in hollywood
I recommend watching the longest day in Chang'an it's really a gem you won't be disappointed, specially the end though it's not convincing to me but this drama is very different from other Chinese dramas specially the casting, lead is tough, intelligent and so good at action and romance. I cried on the one episode before the last one because of the villian...yes i actually got tears in my eyes for him. All in all its a good combo of action, thrill, suspense, friendship, romance politics, law and patriotism.
The Longest Day in Chang'an indeed is great !! You should watch Luo Yang too then, it is great drama too, murder and investigation story with a hero that is not the typical hero

wait. you say these are underrated dramas, which no one has heard of? Unless they haven't lived under a rock since 2020, who have never heard of Chang'an & bad kids, if you are c-drama fans? Also, sword and brocade as well as murderous affairs were pretty popular both in China and outside China. Be Reborn and Remembrance of things past are hit and the latter was also known as a critically acclaimed drama. That costume drama with Zhang Ziyi was at least super famous even tho the perception was pretty mixed. The only drama on this list, which can be called as a good drama but you, as an intl. fans, perhaps missed, would be Minning town. Still, Minning town WAS huge in mainland China and got the best rating on douban (9.2) in 2021. So... in a word, i hate this type of inaccuracy. Just pls don't use "underrated" so casually. They are NOT underrated dramas.
