I guess, there's a file in your data folder that conflicting the cars that causing game crashes. So revert all of your data files into normal (without mods) and put the car pack's data files into your data folder :)
@@cheeseburgermodder maybe that's it, it's because gta san andreas on my gpu is all pixelated there i was using a mod to correct the pixelated textures but i didn't know it would affect the mod because the mod only changes the cars

wtf, lol the ads were based to your preference. And here's a tip for it, everytime you press the confirm download & free download. You must press the back button of your phone too or close the tab of the added tab, to let you away on those ads and you can proceed to download.
Probably you did something wrong, it was tested before it's released. My phone using Adreno as well and it's DXT, it works perfectly without any errors.
