Have ypu seen 4 Rooms? There are 4 directors and Tarantino is one of them. Tim Roth(Mr. Orange) is the bellhop charachter that ties it all together and he is brilliant in it.
Uma Thurman and Lucy Liu practiced katori shinto Ryu for almost a year. They also practiced kung Fu as well. Lucy Liu 2nt on to go through intense training to ensure she could convincingly portray a traditional fighter.
Love Tarantino films and I personally think The Kill Bill films are the best. Such a beautiful homage to Asian films, anime and the classic westerns Another try Emma. I want you to watch Eastern Promises. Really want to see if you see the twist coming and if you enjoyed it
Oh yeah, Tarantino has always chosen the right music for his films. As for the Hanzo swords, after this film they took their place alongside Excalibur, the sword of Conan, and other legendary weapons that never actually existed. 🗡
I hope to see your reaction for volume 2 here soon. There was actually one good result of releasing them with some time between premieres. They edited in a part in the start of volume 2 referencing what had been said about volume 1 in reviews.
21:00 You "guess it's quite heavy," but that's a common misconception. I'm not as familiar with katana, but swords typically weigh 2-4 lbs (roughly 1-2 kg). Even really big swords (like in Braveheart, for instance) would top out around 3 kg or a little less.
What the Bride (Uma Thurman) does to know how long has been is call "palm reading", shes checking the lines of her hands. One of the lines gets longer every year (line of life). You can know someone age with that palm reading trick, each year has a very small "node".
That mark on the sword is not a dragon, it's a Shisa resembling a cross between a lion and a dog from Okinawan mythology. Shisa are wards, believed to protect from some evils.
Nice reaction. I love how you connect with the music in a movie and still want to see a reaction to "The Mission" because of the music. Soundtrack revolves around the song "Gabriel's Oboe" composed by Ennio Morricone. Movie is amazing also, but it's the sound track that you will love. Staring Robert De Niro and Jeremy Irons set in South America in the 1500's.
This is one of those movies that snuck up on me. I represented my State, in Australia in Judo when a young man, and later helped train military officers at Duntroon (Canberra) in unarmed combat. I decided not to watch this for many years because it was not a "true" martial arts movie. But now, I have watched it many times and treat it as a _peace of movie art_ similar to "the good the bad and the ugly". Of course the music deserves a mention, the "The Lonely Shepherd" is my favorite, but it is all so... on point. Always a joy to re-watch, thank you Emma.
I really enjoyed watching this film in theaters. I remember the audience gasped at the final words that was said in the movie. Brilliant! Can't wait to see for your reaction to Kill Bill Vol. 2 when the time comes. I really enjoy all your recent movie reactions, Emma!
The black and white scene with the Crazy 88. In color, the film has too high an age rating. NC - 17. After modifying it NC - 14 In the Japanese version of the film, the fight scene is in colour. Love your reactions 👍☺️
Its a great movie, and a great revenge story, the style very much an homage and tribute to certain styles of Japanese Manga and Anime. Really enjoyed your reaction.
I was in the hospital and they had me drugged for 3 months. (head injury) After 6 weeks of being inactive you lose half your strength. As long as she was out for that many years she would not have had the strength to lift her arm in reality. Still who cares about reality, enjoy the movie.
I love this movie, and almost ALL of Tarantino's other movies too. They are all good, I just do not like 1 of them. I should, but for some reason I do not. Great Post, and I can not wait until VOL 2. 👍👍
I just watched your reaction of kill Bill 1 . I noticed how much you like the music may I suggest on your other channel that you listen to a band called Santa Esmeralda . I'll let you decide which song you like to listen to first.
Ooooo today is a good day, i recommended this one to you. I'm yet to watch your video, thanks for watching it...part two is even better, hopefully soon? ❤
Мамба странная: жила по криминальным законам, криминальной жизнью. На что она рассчитывала после предательства? Что Билл ей просто на флейте сыграет и будет мирно сидеть на её стороне при венчании?
I was introduced to this movie by a lady friend, who loved it. I loved it and the sequel. But I am amazed how many women reactors love this film, given the level of violence. Tarantino magic.
Hi.
Just remember "Vol.1" and "Vol.2" ARE 1 MOVIE that was too big to be displayed at once, so Quentin decided to split it in two.
Hence the VOL 1 and VOL 2, instead of Pt or Part 1 and 2. I am NOT explaining that to you. You already know that. But others, they do not.
"the man from okinawa" chapter is my favourite 😁 you have the CUTEST "do you understand?" 😍 enjoyed your reaction 👍☺
😊 thank you
RESERVOIR DOGS, PULP FICTION, and ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD are some good Tarantino movies.
Have ypu seen 4 Rooms?

"Bang, Bang" sung by Frank Sinatra's daughter Nancy.
"These Boots Are Made For Walking" too.
Emma's voice is so sweet.
Uma Thurman and Lucy Liu practiced katori shinto Ryu for almost a year. They also practiced kung Fu as well. Lucy Liu 2nt on to go through intense training to ensure she could convincingly portray a traditional fighter.
El Paso is in Texas. "New Mexico" is U.S. soil. The Truck Turner theme music plays when The Bride escapes from a hospital.
Now, Kill Bill Volume 2.
Ok))
no, volume 3 is next
13:07 check out a college radio out of montreal. We funk radio. So much good stuff.
@Emma_Reactions
I love this movie and volume 2 also. The music, the way it was shot just everything.. great reaction Emma!! 😂!💛🤍
What instrument(s) do you play, Emma? ❤
Sonny Chiba one of the best, and famous Japanese martial arts stars. A salute and acknowledgement from Tarantino
Quintin is an amazing movie maker. ✌️

This is my favourite Quentin Tarantino movie of all time, it is a beautiful movie . I love your reaction to it and how much you enjoy it.
You're gonna love Vol. 2. The Cruel Tutelage of Pai Mei is a high point.

Uma, my HERO. OH YEAH!!!
❤ Uma Thurman’s performance in kill bill she’s the best!

The music with the pan pipes is called the lonely shepherd by Gheorghe Zamfir..Its Beautiful. Kill Bill 2 is the best one.
Vol 2 is even better!
vol 1 is much better!
The grils band in the Japanese club, called "The Crazy 88 Fighters", has become extremely popular after the movie was released
The band in the House of Blue Leaves is called The 5,6,7,8's.
I knew it'd be fun, watching you with this one! Excellent dark comedy and fantastic fighting. And, Lucy Liu!!

I very much enjoyed seeing you do a movie reaction, hope to see more
Emma, how do you make time to upload so many videos? You're a machine! 🙃
A hacker deleted her uploaded videos so she had to repost them

Ms. Emma is back to 14K... good. Onward to 20/25K in early 2025.

Oh yes, you are right! It's like comics story!
Hi Emma I became a member of your channel.
Emma, Thanks for the hugs and kisses. I just knew this was a friendly channel! Ki’l Bill volume 2 will be quite the adventure as well. - Thomas
Love this one. Lot of western elements present. You should react to more westerns.
I love that you talk about the music! Tarantino always picks amazing music for his films. Thank you Emma. 🙏
Моя любимая сцена в этом фильме: битва с Орен Иши в зимнем саду, под музыку Meiko Kaji-The Flower of Carnage. 👍👌
Please react to THE KARATE KID from 1984. It's wholesome, entertaining, and a classic. 🤞🤞🤞✌️✌️
3:00 mark. "She definitely doesn't want to talk to you." LMAO.
thank you Emma god bless you and your family
The Grand Duel(1972) music was composed by Luis Enriquez Bacalov.
It's a unique English movie. It has a weird narration😅.
I love this movie

Hey, that's a spoiler for vol. 2.
Yes 👍🏾
Oh i know u would love THE HATEFUL 8 by Tarantino
👍👍👍👍👍👍
Have you listened to Baby Metal?
I was introduced to this movie by a lady friend, who loved it. I loved it and the sequel. But I am amazed how many women reactors love this film, given the level of violence. Tarantino magic.
because they get their revenge, that's why it's a beloved film. it's cathartic
Because it's a strong female lead, obviously
Part 2 is better.
its still not
yeah, its pretty silly shes suppoed to be 4 years old.. more like 8
Your editor is cutting way to much context out, do they watch the film before chopping it up
hmm, what a ignorance actor you are....bad one. All you said is pure B.S. * shame on you *
Care to elaborate?
I never liked the Kill Bill movies. Violence for the sake of violence doesn't appeal to me. I prefer a little more story behind it.
But you came here to watch it again knowing the content
@@4Kandlez Actually, I came here for the reactor, not the movie.
Then you don't understand the film.
@@rx7dude2006 That's always a possibility.
