You just created an Azure VNet and there is a new resource group called NetworkWatcherRG shows up in the subscription, what is it and how did it get there? Network watcher is not free(at least no in all of the cases) is trap to pay more for that's that you can do it free in your computer

but this is very good tool for enterprises so considering this.. it is almost free :).
