Well it's unclear with these things. Obviously Chris Beet owns Leander but it might be on loan to West Coast Railways who have on loan to the ELR. But equally the more likely option is that Leander will be based at the ELR until it's boiler ticket expires in the Spring. You see where I am going with this, I just put WCR as a general term as who knows what the situation is!
