So, what is the next step for the icj? If they cannot do anything concrete then it should be dismantled and modernized without the influence of others.

Unfortunately the courts will always lag behind the crime. This is by necessity. You need time to collect and present evidence. If we want immediate intervention, we can’t look to a court to provide it.

The president of the court said then that they didn't decide there's legitimate chance that there's a genocide, as has been misrepresented by many press, but they decided there's legitimate chance that the Palestinian's rights are in need of defense.

“The Ministry of Health says the documentation process of fully identifying details of the casualties is ongoing,” Haq said. “Meanwhile, as you can see, if you do the math that there’s about 10,000 plus bodies who still have to be fully identified and so then the details of those - which of those are women, that are children - that will be re-established once the full identification process is complete.”
