Amazing experience with Singapore Airlines on such a short journey. The plan was brand new, spacious, comfortable with generous legroom. The cabin crew were really spectacular on this flight, they had an immense amount of patience during the meal service and seemed to enjoy their job! The only downside was the food that was served onboard, don't get me wrong, the food was delicious and tastes amazing! It was more so the portion sizes of what was served, the lack of a side dish (ie, bread or salad) and the wooden cutlery which was a shock to me (for SQ). The addition of an IFE for a 1.5 hour flight was exceeding expectations! Overall a great option to choose for a regional journey. Stay tuned for my Melbourne journey, where they truly shine and show why and how they are the World's Best Airlines in 2023.
