    Love it....this is pretty much a verbatim account from his book "Last Chance To See"......Brilliant book. Brilliant man. RIP Douglas.....may your brilliance shine online for centuries to come.......

    8:39 "The basic problem with this boat was that it was full of sea, which I thought was not the point of boats". That is an absolute classic!!

    The Melbourne Press Club, I think. And the time stamp on the video says May 5th 1999, so it was probably recorded shortly before that.
