Thank you for posting this excellent video. The train ticket instructional video is much appreciated and the video of the gardens and house were lovely. I learned the value of prebooking / purchasing tickets to museums when I traveled to Italy in 2019. This saves an incredible amount of time. Merci.

Hi Alain! Can you do a video about the best cafés for people watching? 🤔

Bonjour ❤ Thank you for the video. I will be going to France June 12 to June 14. One of those days we will visit Giverny. It looks amazing from what I see in your video. Very lovely.
Just a question, what restaurant in that area would you recommend? The tour we are on only gives us 30 minutes to eat close to the "bus area". I've tried google maps to scope out the area, but its better to have a local's opinion 😅

"Le Temps des Fleurs" would be a nice one, just near the parking lot, but in 30 minutes you can't decently eat there.
So what I would do is go grab some good sandwiches and French delicacies at "Gourmandises de Giverny" and eat those in a nice place.

Beautiful garden and nice guide. :) We went to Giverny a few weeks ago by a rent car. The kids like the garden and both bought a water lily picture from the souvenir shop. They want to have them in their children's rooms.

It's a good thing they liked it.
Good for their general culture, I think

This place has such a timeless beauty, hard to believe it was a ruin until the late 70's.

Yes, the guy who made the recovery of Versailles then was asked to renew Giverny...

@@paristoptips Yes! I was so Blessed!🙏...eventhough i almost give up several times at Gare de Nord...it took me forever to figure out the connection...and when i saw other video of Giverny🫣 figure out that St. Lazare was the train station to reach!...on my 2 wks stay i walk almost everywhere...and on my last full day is when finally figure how the Metro does work🫣...knowing that the direction is established by the last stop makes a huge difference...👌😉🤭...and that was because i was determined to get to my artisanal boulanger from last yr.🥖🥐...on the 19th...even brought bread back to Puerto Rico from that place🥰 most people don't realize that all boulangeries are not created equal😉👌👍
