One thing I don't like about this Intercom is that it reveals it is dialing to the phone. It should ring like normal door bell, and means time ring the phone to owner.
Hi. Thanks for the feedback. However it should ring since the product is a Video Intercom device, not a door bell. In our product range we do sell Video Door Bells that you can find on our site 😀
Hi just installed one and everything was working fine,then all of a sudden when u press the gate station it rings but when you answer you cn only here the person inside only and doesn't show the picture. It writes network failure . How do i solve this problem
Hiya. Thanks for the question. That feature is default. On the DMSS APP with Video Intercom all you need to do is press the padlock unlock button and the door will open. This is on all models.

The station can also Call the VTO correct? I am looking to have 6 VTO in classrooms, and the Station call individual VTO's , this is possible?

How do you change the ringtone? Can you upload a custom ring tone? The two that is preloaded are horrible!
