I believe the line backs will shift over a few gaps in the direction the running-back moves.
In other words, if you line up or motion the running-back to playside, Jack is going to be over the running-back or outside of him.
I suggest creating a drawing with the RB weak and Mike and Jack scotch over

Good video. I prefer this play from under center so the RB can get a running start. However, you're giving the RB a running (lateral) start. This is what Colorado has been struggling to do all season. Their OL is weak, so they need to bring in a TE and or FB to help them. They've been reluctant to do that, and they've paid for it.

Outstanding presentation! How do I get a copy of the playbook? I am running the spread for the first time this year (former Wing-T apostle)! Thank you.

As an Oline Coach also, one thing that I incorporate is ‘Smart Splits’ for example the backside guard would always cut his split down to anywhere from a foot to 6 inches. Do you keep your guys splits @ 2-3 foot or not. Great video Coach.

Great video! Would you say that the main difference between inside and outside zone (stretch) is the aiming points for the O-Line and RB?
