@@ApleXCrumble_130 thats ok! it's because your're not joining the games at the right times. Look in the description of the training game, its in EST. Convert your time zone to EST and the time it says on the description. Hope this helped :) (btw soz for late responce)

@@Hannie.Luhvsx exactly and the boba cafes staff was kindly teaching us even in the test if do something wrong she improves us,and I did something wrong in the test ,I was immediately failed 😭.Then I said I recommend you to improve wrongdoings of trainees but she said leave leave leave please 3 times continuously.But in boba cafe I was made a barista and serving nicely everything that I learnt.

Did you redo the quiz? I was a junior barista but then I redid the quiz by accident and then I had a moderator help me get my role back. You can ask one of the managers of Boba Cafe next time you join!

You need to become a member of their group, then pass the quiz to become a cashier.
