IBM Quantum System One Groundbreaking Celebration

Join President Martin A. Schmidt ’81, Ph.D., and Curtis R. Priem ’82, vice chair of the Board of Trustees and founder and former chief technical officer of NVIDIA Corp., as we celebrate breaking ground on the IBM Quantum System One, a first for any university campus. This is an exciting milestone in the installation of the quantum computing system.
The gathering will include remarks from John E. Kelly III ’78G, ’80 Ph.D., D.H.L. (Hon.), chair of the Board of Trustees and retired IBM executive vice president; President Schmidt; Curtis Priem; Darío Gil, senior vice president and director of IBM Research; and others.
