The US is enormous so what looks like "a bunch" is not an uptick. There are over 330 million Americans so don't think as if the US were a small town. Gas explosions used to be far more common but electric lighting reduced that fire hazard. Natural gas explosions don't happen like they used to, especially in the old days before modern equipment.
@@Comm0ut true. . . BUT, that may be how many people here but that isn’t broken down into individual houses/households. . . And a great deal of the recent explosions have had some sort of ammunition, “old” dynamite, and/or other materials that have been explosive more than one by natural gas’s. . . I watch news from all are the country, not just my own city and state. . . The number of explosions in just this last year or two are insane. . .
Oh my! Terrible! It would be a smart move for all of us on the east coast who experienced that earthquake to inspect, and take readings to be sure the natural gas infrastructure was not comprised in or near your home. I hope I'm wrong, but I have a feeling that the consequences of that quake are starting to show up where we least expect. Thoughts and prayers to the families, friends and victims.
Earthquakes are creating dangerous conditions with gas lines in many areas. I think evrryone living in areas where earthquakes have occurred, should inspect around their homes for gas smells. 🙏
Millions of homes and businesses are heated (and sometimes cooled) by natural gas and the price of that convenience is fires and explosions. Modern gas installations are impressively safe but most of the northeast gas infrastructure is ancient and buried or built in which prevents inspection. If you're not sure about your home or business have a professional inspect it. One pinhole sized leak is more than enough to destroy a building if the gas accumulates (it's heavier than air so it sinks).
There has been a significant uptick in these types of events lately. Sad story.
lasers?
Yes! Crazy!
Horrible who knew ??? Unpredicted destruction everywhere!! RIP
At least someone noticed! Strange stuff is going on in jersey
Anyone else notice there have been a BUNCH of houses exploding lately??? 🤔

Very Sad that they focus on what happen they need to focus and report more on what caused it!
Making explosive devices.

Rich people's houses dont spontaneously explode. They have "help" exploding
RIP
Why are so many homes in northern states suddenly blowing up? I have watched stories about at least 4 homes in the past 6 months. Shalom
Elizabethtown Gas. They're ALWAYS to blame. Don't get how they're still in business.
1:40- gas lines and earthquakes don't like each other.😢
They all know the people who lived there, so they are waiting to hear if it was "Methed Up" or not . Any explosion in Jersey is suspect
Fără cuvinte. 😮
Let me guess, he worked at Boeing?
No, he ate too much Taco Bell and then let a cigarette. Start reporting it right or get the hell out of here.
Or made to look like an accident?
Lmfao 🤤
This had nothing to do with the earthquake

Former cop didn't pay up....I heard things....I heard things
🙏🏻😞
😢
I read only one man is dead and one in the hospital. If this was a gas leak how many more homes are in danger? Is it caused by old gas lines?
Whos the other man???
😪
Look down took off
U.S. WILL SAY IT WAS HAMAS OR THE STUDENTS HAHAHA
