No matter how many fanfics, no matter how many videos made in devotion for sq, I feel like it's never going to be enough. It's so sad that their relationship is not cannon. But thank you so much for this video. Watching or reading sq breaks my heart but I still do it. It's like loving someone who's gone.
You know what? I've always shipped them, they're my favorite non-canon couple but I have to admit I'm kinda glad it stayed that way. Don't get me wrong, I would love to see the SwanQueen family live happily ever after on screen but I'm afraid the show creators wouldn't do it a justice. There are so many great fanfics out there that make going back to the original series quite hard. Once you read a SwanQueen lovestory/happy ending, you can't go back. And that's what I'm deliberately choosing to do. The show doesn't end with Emma being fashionably late to her best friend's coronation. To me, it ends with a former villainess riding off into the sunset with the Savior.

This was always so perfectly set up for them falling in love with each other. A beautiful story for LGBT+ people. "True love is magic" " Everyone deserves their happy ending." Unlike any other fairytale... it could have been our fairytale, but they chose to be cowards.

I had an idea for a new season that is likely not gonna happen but it’s just an idea. So Emma is married to hook (as you know) and she doesn’t really seem happy. She goes to Gina for help and they end up doing *things*. Hook finds out and they have problems, they break up and sq is officially canon. I don’t know what else to put here so ✌️
(It's a long comment and probably with mistakes since I speak Italian, if you don't want to read just ignore it) I swear, I Ship only BoyxBoy couple (mostly, I do have a few Straight Ship, but never had GirlxGirl Ship, I didn't find any of Ship that interested me and I'll explain why) but SwanQueen really have a special place in my heart, the reason why I have not a lot of Ship Straight or GirlxGirl is because I value the moments, the bond and how far they are willing to go for the person they love, which I see more in BL but EmmaSwan really did that well, I don't care about the gender but the moments. I don't like most of the Straight Ship because: 1 I already started Shipping the character with someone who fit my interest. 2 Most of the Straight Ship act all lovey dovey which is not like that, love is not easy, love is not perfect like they show it. Love it's not chocolate, not peluche, not flowers. Love it's the time spent together, bad or good, that is true love, not an easy and perfect story, even if it can go well in the beginning there will always be ups and downs, but most of the Straight Ship they just have the illusion of a perfect couple, fight for stupid reasons and get back together too exaggeratedly (not all of them, some Straight couple are good). Love is not act like society say how to make someone fall in love, since people have different interests, the way to win over people is also different. Maybe you give a girl some flowers because they tell you this is the "correct way," but it's not, because maybe that girl likes to fix cars and would prefer a quality wrench instead of flowers. By now the classic ways of winning someone are devoid of romantic meaning, I give them flowers and the girl is mine, I behave kindly and she will love me. There is no more truth because they only follow the rules of society and maybe there are no real feelings in those material gestures and false words, it is being ready to sacrifice for that person it is the true demonstration that they love them, that they are there in time of need etc.
Actually yes. Regina is Snow's stepmother and Emma is Snow's daughter which makes Regina her stepgrandmother. I don't think they see themselves that way though.
