I got myself a Ball FreshTech Jam and Jelly maker a few years ago, it is a boon for making jam with my raspberry patch...I freeze the berries
till I have enough to make some...
I just got this jelly maker. I appreciate your thorough and inspiring tutorial video. I can't wait to make this jam.
Awesome! You will love it!
I hope so. I made 7.5 half pints today, in 2 separate runs. Wow! Is this machine a total game changer. Love NOT having to continuously stir popping, boiling jam. I will sample the lil quarter pint tomorrow. So excited. It smelled heavenly.
That shirt is everything!
Thank you!
Hey, saw you in Mother Earth News last month! Congrats!
The gage on top of your canner is for steam canning. Use the same times as water bath. A lot less water.
Great video !Step by step !
Glad you liked it!
Interesting machine! Never seen one of those before. The jam looks great
It works great!
I wish they would make one that does larger batches for us people that can bulk. But I’m getting one of these. I have arthritis and standing and stirring jams and jelly hurts. So this will be great.
Just got one of these machines from our local charity shop for £10 and couldnt believe the price they are brand new so im well happy.
Great job! The recipe does call for 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Love mine!
Good good job I have loved peaches since I was a kid thx for sharing and the info Be safe God Bless
The jam really turned out awesome!

I'm happy to read this because I have just found this channel and I like what I see, been binge watching.
Directions reflect to leave the lid off until the sugar is added, then put on the lid, I am going to make the same peach jam thanks to your vedio.
My gosh Lance, you look great!! Homesteading definitely agrees with you! How are you guys?
Thank you.
thank you so much
Any time.
That's a cool jelly maker. Where can you purchase them? Please and thank you
I think you can order from Amazon.
@@RockingCHomestead Thank you
If I show up with a crate of prepped strawberries, don’t judge. 😆😆 #lovethis
Bring it on, we would love to do some more strawberry jam!
Would a food processor/blender break the peaches down easier?
It would, or a stick blender. Didn't even think about it!
I think the instructions say not to use a food processor.
Have you tried the lower sugar recipes? I just got my jam maker.
Do you have a link to the recipe?
What lemon juice is that?
Just store bought. It doesn't have a brand name on it.
@@RockingCHomestead neat bottle
The bottled lemon juice is not for consistency. It’s for acidity.
