    S1E4 - 'Mo'
Join us as Kyle dons the taco cat shirt for a lively episode as we welcome Mo - a soldier, paramedic, colleague, friend, and proud dog dad to two energetic puppies. Mo steps into the studio to enjoy some alcohol-free beer, chat about random topics, and share a lot of laughs.
In this episode, Mo reflects on his remarkable 22-year military career and discusses the challenges he faced transitioning to civilian life. He also shares stories about his time in the ambulance service, highlighting the camaraderie he found and some entertaining experiences as a paramedic.
Mo is a man who's seen it all, done it all, and has the battle scars to prove it.
He also happens to be one of my favourite people in the world to sit down and shoot the wind with.

I’m disappointed Mo… you didn’t give the advice of “don’t play bin bag jenga and don’t leave your cups on the cupboards” 😂
