Here in Houston Audi stealership charges $560 to calibrate this lane departure camera.

Is it required to calibrate the camera when suspension has been replaced or alignment has been performed in a Collision

Most often these type of repairs or circumstances will require a calibration.
Always refer to the manufacturer documentation for each instance - alignment, suspension repair or collision.
