Kyle, I like that you dont crank the handle on your reel to close the bail that you close it with your hand. This will make your reel last forever. Nice looking rods.
@@SteelheadJohn thanks man I'm definitely hoping for a good season I'm not running a bead sponsor this year so I got no limitations on the gear I'm using so I'm just going full send this year new rods and a well stocked arsenal of supplies to catch fish so hopefully this will be a good one

@@rontoomey1187 the spinner I caught the coho on was a size 4 R&B lure co spinner I do fish worms but on a jig under a float I'm still learning how to drift fish
@@fishingwithfoxxxy1371 depends what you wanna fish for honestly there is so many rivers in Oregon it's kinda wild also are u planning to go with a guide service cuz most guides specialize in certain rivers and will often times let u know which river is fishing best at the moment
@@sam-68-56 absolutely agree 100% the net wasn't ideal and then as soon as I grabbed the fish from the net it kicked out of my hands usually I would of just popped it out and let it go but my friend wanted to take a quick picture but nah your right I'm usually really good about handling fish and even advocate for safe fish handling if you watch older videos of mine this didnt exactly go to plan at all but the fish wasnt out of water to long
@@OregonFishingAdventuresmy response to that guy telling you to leave spawning fish alone. It’s basically unavoidable at times because spawning fish will hang out in areas where fresh fish are as well.

@@sam-68-56 also I was looking for fresh winter steelhead not coho I had 12# leaders so it wasnt really set up to be targeting coho lol
