If you don't want to stop then you must read 'laa ilaa ha illa huwa alaihi....' Hope I'm not wrong.

দোআ: [২৭.১০] দুনিয়া ও আখেরাতের সকল চিন্তাভাবনার জন্য আল্লাহ্ই যথেষ্ট হবেন
সাত বার বলবে,
حَسْبِيَ اللّٰهُ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيْمِ
আল্লাহই আমার জন্য যথেষ্ট, তিনি ছাড়া আর কোনো হক্ব ইলাহ নেই। আমি তাঁর উপরই ভরসা করি। আর তিনি মহান আরশের রব্ব।
হাসবিয়াল্লা-হু লা ইলা-হা ইল্লা হুয়া, ‘আলাইহি তাওয়াক্কালতু, ওয়াহুয়া রব্বুল ‘আরশিল ‘আযীম
যে ব্যক্তি দো‘আটি সকালবেলা সাতবার এবং বিকালবেলা সাতবার বলবে তার দুনিয়া ও আখেরাতের সকল চিন্তাভাবনার জন্য আল্লাহ্ই যথেষ্ট হবেন।
