My husband doesn't understand why I don't get the housework done, It's because I'm watching "Cole the Cornstar" all the time. Keep it up Hon you have answered so many questions about farming. My Uncle raised Hybrid corn for the government and also cotton when I was a kid.

To keep from having rotten grain you should cut a plastic barrel that will fit under the augers, then cut hole in side of said barrel the size of the vacuum hose end and slide it in. No mess no fuss.

It’s always a great way to end a week watching the Corn Stars in action! Y’alls farm is like so many others, you make do with what you have, use ingenuity to make things work! And most importantly you work together! And before I forget, it’s hard to tell weather your “Corn Stache” is coming along or if that’s bean dust! 👍🏼

Those new couplers, do they have the round ball, or the ball with the nubbin on it???
Our mower/conditioner came with the nubbin style, had to clamp vice grips on it and use a big pry bar to get them uncoupled!!! Finally changed them out, no more problems!!!

When I saw the MF 2745 I almost threw my phone. Back in the 80’s I had 2 2805’s 1 2775, 2 2745’s and 1 2675. The 24 speed transmissions were junk, the 8 speeds were great. Never had any problems with anything other than the 24 speed transmission. At that time MF had the best cabs of any brand. The 2805’s and the 2775 would pull like a train.

I heard daddy corn star talking about an uncle who did it for 40 years - and now you're doing it. But can you talk about why? Is it because of $? Or is it because the churches need you to do it and no one else will etc? Even if its short - can you do a focused video on the grave digging business?
