You cannot imagine how this album brought joy to my heart. Watching my favorite artist share the room with Africans artists (not only the singers, but stylists too) was everything for me. She did an incredible work of research for this film and it was perfect 💫
It’s just pure art. Every single scene, shot, moves is perfectly executed and has a big meaning. She took a crazy amount of time to perfect this and you can clearly see it. I love it I love. I’m so BLACK !!!!
I just find it funny how she can wear. Nigerian Gele Headwrap, and traditional wear but not one Nigerian 🇳🇬 flag is on there. Just Ghana flag 😐. Nigerians are always neglected and ostracized from any recognition even though our dance moves, style, fashion is used in projects like these. It’s not her fault it’s these shady African producers behind this 😒.
We are such a beautiful people, like the song says “Shine already, it’s time already!!” Amen! I’m loving this moment we are in as a people. Display your excellence and pride in who we are. Make this decade our time to rise equally in health, economics and politics. One love!
What a ridiculous and insecure comment. You have to wait for opportunistic, wealthy, mixed Beyonce to appreciate your roots? Non black owned Disney creates a mini-movie for fools and y'all almost in tears thinking 'it is our time to shine'. It's hard to tell what is more embarrassing , the videos or some of the reactions from black people. Can you understand that if this Beyonce had African features THE INDUSTRY WOULD NOT WANT HER AT ALL? I guess black people are being fooled... AGAIN.
You can’t even example the amount of talent Beyoncé possess. The visual was A1 and she included my people from Ghana. Ghana is definitely on the charts now. Black is beautiful. 🔥🔥🔥🇬🇭🇬🇭

She is such a mature artist, focusing on art that comes from her soul instead of trying to just fit into what's 'popular'. Every single frame is a celebration of African people. As an outsider, it makes me want to explore more, to understand these cultures more. This is how you do it, how you educate people through art.

One of my favourite things about her videos is every person in them is black :) I’ve seen SO MANY shows movies etc that are just all white people so it’s nice to see the opposite, of course my favourite is when they’re mixed but to get truly equal representation we definitely need more all black production :)
Everything is nice

You cannot imagine how this album brought joy to my heart. Watching my favorite artist share the room with Africans artists (not only the singers, but stylists too) was everything for me. She did an incredible work of research for this film and it was perfect 💫
It’s just pure art. Every single scene, shot, moves is perfectly executed and has a big meaning. She took a crazy amount of time to perfect this and you can clearly see it. I love it I love. I’m so BLACK !!!!
Big up AFRICA!! BIG UP GHANA & KENYA PARTICULARLY!!
Sandra Sally that scene with the dancers in purple and they jumped to represent the Massai Jumping tribe made me tear up !!! So rich in culture wow
*YES IT IS*
I just find it funny how she can wear.
I’m 1% (potent 1%) 😐

I'm amazed at how Africa is the source...looking at the diverse yet familiar faces of these men.

AGAIN.
How about we raise the bar to where is is supposed to be.
You can’t even example the amount of talent Beyoncé possess. The visual was A1 and she included my people from Ghana. Ghana is definitely on the charts now. Black is beautiful. 🔥🔥🔥🇬🇭🇬🇭

As an outsider, it makes me want to explore more, to understand these cultures more. This is how you do it, how you educate people through art.
