It's true bro, the second location i didnt try but the first one (at least in ps4) you can't build there in official servers just offline. But good video btw as always :)
Yeah lot of places on ps4 official servers don't allow you to build. I had one perfect base takend from one of your videos, and they wiped it after like 1 month, without reason because it wasn't in a fameplay spot. Most of theese bases are risky because wipe.
