(Kung Lao) Kollector has the best Teleport in MK11.. Kollector teleports at a distance with a Midrange Attack.. Skarlet's Teleport, teleports her right next to the Opponent.. Scorpion you spend Meter to escape a Forced Hit.. Raidens is good but is slow and exploits the MK11 wanna be MK2 NRS was going for.. 😄
