- www.truckmount... Showing off the Hydro-force CX-15, Cimex and Brush Pro from Interlink Supply. How to clean commercial carpet is and is not as easy as many think. Knowing the right steps in any process is critical. Chemistry also plays a large role. Todays commercial CGD (Commercial Glue Down) carpets can be quite a challenge for carpet cleaners. Why? Because standard carpet cleaning methods and chemistry will not clean CGD properly. Your whole way of looking at carpet cleaning must focus on critical steps or you will be unsuccessful. Then someone else will take the ball from you. Hopefully this video will be a game changer for you and your company leading to great profits in your carpet cleaning business. Xtreme Clean Carpet Cleaning Thank you my friend. Comments like yours motivates me to do more.
Thank you Rob!
I do like the hot water extraction question can you use hot water extraction on any job or is there some jobs you have to do with the others?
I have a few qualms here. #1. we learned in science class 101 that every science experiment needs a control. That being said, (as much as you talk about your chemistry) you need to show the best control any carpet cleaner could offer; pre-spray and hot water extraction. #2. The upstroke on an area of carpet is a pre vac and in turn agitation(if you are sqeezing the trigger), via that jets which spread the fibers and literally scoop dirt down to the backing that has been mashed in. #3.Finally, I feel that showing the dump water out of a clean tank would have been a perk; my 2 cents.
P.S. never let a detergent dry. One must respray to remove prespray.
All of these methods are money makers and selling points. Chemical, hot water and suction baby! Reinventing the wheel has every ability to lose and collect dust.
how much easier is it to grab the sx-15 with your truck mount? than what the cimex? Thats a silly question rob
Got to keep moving in a large commercial setting especially if solo. How many employees are under you? Or are you working solo? I've been working under a carpet cleaning company for 3 and a half years now.
Would the Hydro-Force be better if you're just doing homes? Doesn't it use less water than the CX-15 and you don't need an extractor?
So you just ran water in the CX15 to rinse and no soap. Correct?
CRB is overkill in these particular instance, in text 2 and 3 you are using high agitation already with the Cymex and the CX-15, CRB is not necessary.

Is the cx 15 as good as the t rex Jr?
great video thanks
Gena Eidelman Thanks Gene. Any requests please let me know here or via Truckmountforums. Thanks.
Do you also offer self defense training videos?
For the cx15 can that be ran by a portable extractor extractor?
REGGIE FORBIN I think it can Reggie. I would check with your local Interlink dealer to verify though.
Good video I really appreciate your time and effort to share your knowledge. !!!
Thank you Fernando Ponce . Appreciate your support.
I have a technical question, I have been arguing with a colleague of mine, they are telling me it is impossible to reactivate a detergent if it has dried in the carpet. Of course it's better to rinse it while it's still wet, my argument is that it's possible to reactivate a chemical once it has dried and that re-applying chemical isn't always nessesary. I'm not talking about scrubbing in a detergent and leaving it for a week, I'm talking about if the detergent was applied 10 to 15 minutes earlier and happened to dry in that time. what are your thoughts?
Brad Emond your right on that... If you spray the area that has dried with hot water it will reactivate the chemical Prespray... As long as it has not been dried for too long
Bought a ips pro sprayer one of the batteries doesent charge anymore callen tmf it took a about 10 calls before they got back to me then told me the battery is ips pro com. problem wont be buying anymore from tmf store.
