Well, first they didn't vaccum and secondly they joined the copper pipes, so both these things aren't acceptable. I would sent them back without doing installation. That's why everyone says that Daikin is best but their service isn't good. I wonder why they hired such guys for service....!

Service agent didn't vaccum the internal unit pipes. It's strictly mentioned in Daikin manuals as well as on the outdoor unit that the indoor unit pipes should be vaccumed so that any air or moisture doesn't mix with refrigerant gas and cause problems. Also, leakage test is conducted using vaccum system and soap water to ensure there's no leakage in the system. This is not a good installation video.
I have also bought this AC yesterday, i noticed that indoor unit condenser is not coated as outdoor unit was coated (blue color )? I hvae seen in youtube indoor condenser is also coated.

Hi, Can you please tell me if your ac compressor output reaches above 90% to F.L and under what set temp & time taken. I have same model bought last week, It rarely goes above 76% when set to 24, only once when I set to 18 it went to F.L after about 20min.
In My case when i switch on the AC I Set it 18 degree full fan speed it will reach full load once the room gets cooler the load decrease after half an hour or so My AC unit runs around 40-45%. Ac load is adujusted automatically depending on room temperature

I Have Bluestar , carrier & LG Ac 1.5 ton 5 star , But I must say Daikin is the Best It cools the room very fast compared to my other AC units . Main thing Daikin Service is pretty fast in Hyderabad Buy Daikin Ac without second thought . it’s Value for the money spent on the AC.

Electric work is not done by Ac technician , i requested but he didn't do he only installed the Ac. I Hired a local electrician to do electrical work such as MCB and wiring for the Ac after the installation of AC unit

Best Ac , cools my room with 10-15 minutes. I aso have a LG & Carrier Ac’s same 5 star & 1.5 ton. Daikin AC performs way better then above said AC . Happy with the purchase. I stay in hyderabad & the service is very fast within 2-3 hours if we raise any complaint

Never Recommend Daikin based on my experience - At least for me this AC was a Frustrating buying experience: From installation to performance, the entire experience has been disappointing. Excessive Noise: The AC is as loud as running two table fans simultaneously. Inexperienced Installation Team: The young technicians lacked knowledge and left the room in a messy state. Remote Control Issues: The remote has a tiny, blurry display, making it nearly impossible to read. Wall Unit Display: There’s no display on the wall unit unless display is switched on every time from remote. Unexpected Costs: Quoted ₹825 for installation, but I ended up paying ₹2,240 due to extra charges. The flipkart CC team is assuring a replacement but I am scared about another 2k and all the mess they can create with dismantling and reinstallation. Such a horrible experience I never had with any other AC at this premium price.
