what do washers #93 and #94 affect on the schematic diagram you linked below. i have excessive vertical (up and down) play of the spool shaft. would these be the washes that affect that. Also side to side play in the spool shaft would that be the bushing #84

@@pichinwhite4642 thanks for info , mine is actually the Stella SW 14k but is the same principle. and in that schematic for the 14k it even shows the washer you are saying for the vertical movement is #42 in that schematic. ( i have schematic on my pc i dont know where to link to it). do you have any idea about the side to side play of the spool shaft.. will that be affected by those washers too or maybe bushing is out of tolerance ?
跟SHIMANO 訂了21年SW TP 墊片, 一組是含3個墊片. 試了好幾次 ,一共墊了原來的墊片外加+2個新墊片 間隙才消失 非常的滑順 感謝分享 !

我只覺得趁新品齒盤還無傷的清況下就先動手減少間隙
就能減少齒麻的時間
只相信再好的捲都會有齒麻的一天
我除了saltiga 14000XH之外所有用过的轮子都有这个问题，tpsw stella sw certate sw，加垫片调整过tpsw好很多，但是随着时间的推移依然会出现磨损并再次出现比较小间隙。
我增加墊片厚度之後
使用下來都超過3年以上的時間
而對象基本上都是大型洄游魚類
說真的 我賣出去接手的人
完全感受不到間隙感的存在
目前還在服役的2015 Saltiga 6500H
也能透過拆側蓋方式微調間隙
手感依舊綿密順暢
D牌的耐用程度真的沒話說
缺點就是很多零件無法直接購買
必須送回原廠才能更換或維修

想請問墊片位置，有有過有其他人（非stella)是墊在您最後底座打開7:47那個轉軸軸承三個螺絲拆開軸承後裡面的墊片，不知道墊在這個位置與您的位置也是同樣效果嗎，謝謝
若塞墊片您說的位置
第一應該會影響培林的順暢度
因為外面還有三顆螺絲固定培林
這樣一來要如何精準控制三顆螺絲的緊度 應該很難
再來要微調傘齒間隙相對變的更加困難

但小弟認為調整原廠傘齒墊片厚度
應該是最快又簡單減少間隙的方式
when you order part 116 (gear washer) does it come with one washer or is it a set of different thickness or set of same thickness

我的墊片是之前保留的
外面可能也不好找這麼薄的
基本上只要內徑能準 外徑尺寸差一點應該還好
如果真的找不到
建議可以訂Shimano 原廠的116回來試試
我印象中ㄧ組裡有三片
