OMG OMG OMG. I AM CRYING I didn't think anyone could compete with k d. Lang. Both of them do their own great, spirtual version. Tommy's guitar is an added little bonus - wish it was longer. Where is the tissue box ! 😅
Tommy's cover's are great. Amazing talent. He seems like he can do anything, hit any note beautifully with his voice and his guitar. He makes each song his own. And the tone, the timber, his range is so beautifully out of this world. One of the most talented singers of the last 50 years or more!

I've heard many covers of this song, but Tommy's is my favourite. We often say Tommy doesn't do covers, he does upgrades. At the very least, he does massive justice to the songs he covers. Definitely check out his cover of She's Gone by Steelheart and his own song The Light, a re-recording of a song he first recorded with his band ReinXeed (now Majestica) when he was 18

I sympathise with your feeling over having lived under s rock most of my life, I only discovered Nightwish in 2019 (and quickly went down the rabbitholes of Epica, Sabaton, Ayreon, and the many, many cross connected rabbitholes that link them. I love seeing people find & reacting to Tommy ❤️ He is a phenomenal talent. Like another commenter said, yes please do Tommy’s versions of traditional Christmas carols as the season approaches. His own band Majestica also has an album of ‘A Christmas Carol’ (among others) but Tommy’s ‘The Joy of Christmas’ (with Majestica) is one of my go to Christmas songs. Another Rabbit Hole for you is Dan Vasc. And don’t ever ask me to choose between them because I couldn’t. They are my two favourite youtube singers. Dan also does covers of Nightwish which I see you enjoy. I would suggest Dan’s cover of Amazing Grace, Burn Butcher Burn or I’ll make a Man out of You (from Disney’s Mulan) to start 👍 Can’t wait for some more Tommy❤️ Add Dan to your reactions and you could be the only channel I watch for reactions🤣

Great reaction Daniel...I adore Tommy, the first time I discovered him was in the video for 'Swedish Hitz Goes Metal' doing a cover of ABBA's 'Money, Money, Money'...I instantly was blown away, like 'who is this guy?'. To think he is the guitarist for Sabaton and not the vocalist never fails to shock me (not to take anything away from their current vocalist). Another guy that does outstanding covers I have been watching for a couple of years is Dan Vasc...also extremely talented, my favourite of his is 'Toss A Coin To Your Witcher'
