Another good find! Judging from the balcony view, I am guessing it was on the third or fourth floor. Would the price on the 12th floor be the same? (I once read, that in Asia, for the walkup apartments at least, the higher the floor, the cheaper the price) "View" is actually a theme of great interest to westerners: In Vancouver, for example, higher apartments are dramatically more expensive. But in Rio, where I used to live, or Caracas, the wealthy live down low on level ground, and the slums go up the sides of mountains, with fabulous views...

However, condos in more modern complexes in the city that are located near the beach or overlook the whole city from the balcony tend to ne more expensive the higher the floor it’s on

Mate it’s good value and prime location, my only issue is the bathroom was really rough
Any 1-3 month rental available? Good value.Hopefully the bathrooms are not the same in each room.
