Few years ago I've read a fanfiction. The Plotline is the same but instead of Iruka Naruto had an asshole as teacher who treated him like a monster so he went crazy. Since then I wanted to see an evil version of Naruto. I am really happy about Menma.
I remember coming across this AMV back in 2014. Still love it to this day.

You know it's downright scary how powerful Kuruma is considering Naruto only has half of his Chakra yet he can still overpower several full powered Tailed Beasts even with time limits
kinda makes you wonder why Hagoromo gave Kurama so much power when he created the tailed beast

they all give him crap about his lack of chakra control...... but he is the best... he can mix 2 stats of chakra for rasenchirian whilst being nine tails, then make the immediate switch to sage mode which takes being able to draw in chakra.... he is a frickin master!!

I really have to wonder how much would've the story been different if menma had been Narutos actually brother that maybe like grew up in the leaf as well but they grew up away from each like menma is trained by Root as throughout the series but ends being like a protective guardian to Naruto and team 7. I know a little out there but still I would want to know how develop as a character especially if he wore the mask all the time

Kurama was neither manipulative nor patient enough to corrupt him (which is a real shame given the fact he's based around the Kitsune). But let's imagine that the Nine Tails was actually Azula. And like Pain, she managed to make enough sense through out his life. What would the end result be ?

So.....Menma can stop bullets
not bullets, kunai (knives basically, wayyy slower). Given he has power over the air element its not hard to believe at all he can stop flying objects/projectiles, especially that close to him. Pain could even stop all forms of attacks.

It doesn't. It's just a mere theory (And he have to have the required reaction to react to a bullet speed) Minato can but i'm not sure about Menma.
Sasuke Uchiha he may be a sensor type (like Naruto in his sage/9 tails mode), or if he just keeps a barrier up at all times. In which case he cannot be caught off guard.

+Internet Tough Guy It was portrayed as corruption by the Kyuubi. In this movie, Menma had a copy of the Kyuubi that had black/dark fur instead. When Menma died and the Kyuubi's invasive chakra was removed, Menma's hair turned back to the original blonde colour.
