Subscribed last night and plowing through all your videos. Question a bit off topic… I work out in a mainly weightlifting gym. They have a speed bag platform that is pretty much a cheap toy thing. I’m trying to talk the owner into upgrading, but she will only consider one that is adjustable for all clients. I see you use of a variety of different types of platforms. Do you have a particular favorite that is easily adjustable but still really solid?
@@cnctroubleshooting9052 what country do you live? I can help if it the UK, speedkingboxing, but in the USA Everyone seems to use balazs products, But there's loadsa cheaper alternatives just make sure they at least look sturdy
@@speedbagwizard9880 I’m in the US… Valor makes one that is adjustable with a hand wheel and a screw and gets tightened with four bolts, but looks like the bolts might vibrate loose. I think everyone might be able to adjust though. The Balasz with the frame that comes out to a pipe and you loosen a lever to raise and lower the platform and the bag seems really nice and might be sturdier, but seems like it might be harder to adjust for some folks like shorter or less strong folks.
Subbed, liked, and shared my friend. Is there any reason you use a RDX bag? They tend to be a mid tier boxing brand. I've owned everything from cleto to everlast to RDX to ringside ect. I find the Higher end bags to last longer and feel better to hit. Though im kinda thinking you go through so many bags that you maybe go for a cheaper option. Or does it not really matter that much? I'm an amateur and do boxing style work on the speed bag exclusively if that makes a difference. Thanks!

I just use them because there easily accessible in UK, there a good weight and size, I've switched to a different brand twice and they were to light or didn't feel right, so I just went back to rdx, id happily change, as these aren't perfect tbh, but getting a better bag here is hit n miss, I don't want to get one sent from USA for double the price, then find I don't like it!
