    Thanks for this simpol recipe, Chef👍. IMO, yours is one of the best pinoy food channels on utube. Don't mind the negative comments, especially those na matapang lang dhil nagtatago sa anonymity. Wag na lang patulan dhil miserable ang buhay nyan kaya ganyan😉 kawawa nman🤣 be kind to animals

    double l is pronounce as y in spanish
    paella is pronounced paeya。

    No offense meant but chorizo must NEVER be added to paella. You can call this rice with chicken and sausage but not paella because we don't add chorizo to paella.

    Just use fresh chicken or seafoods so it gets closer to real paella. There is no such thing as hotdog paella. Please don't desecrate this traditional dish,

      Actually, the Spanish "LL" can be pronounced 4 ways as it varies in every Spanish speaking country. Most Latin Americans pronounce it as a Y like what you said, Castilan in Spain pronounce it as J, very similar to an english J, so it will be PAEJA, and Argentinians as an SH, so it will be PAESHA. The filipino way of pronouncing LL as LY is a very old way of how it was used to be pronounced in Castilian but it's now lost through time.

      We pronounce it as such because it is an old castillian spanish accent that we acquired during the colonization of the phillipines

      Similarly, kutsilyo in tagalog is spelled as cuchillo in Spanish but pronounced as "cuchijo" in Castilan and kalye spelled as calle in Spanish but pronounced as "caje" in Castilan. Latin Americans just pronounce it as cuchiyo and caye. All are acceptable variations, including how we Filipinos say it as cuchilyo and calye.
