My BF and I ran into Tom J.-elevator at the B. Rivage this past Fri. Didn't know who he was but asked him if he was going to the concert. Said he was. BF said,"and I'll bet ya got front row seats..and isn't your name Tom?" LOL! Did tell him the best concert ever saw in my life was with Loggins&Messina, Doobies and Jim Croce-Nashville, TN. He named the year..1973. What a memory! Told him we were looking forward to the concert and it was GREAT! Bought their new album and NOT 1 bad song! STILL GR8

I think the "artist of today" are scared of our artist of then and are still now. Just my opinion....more bands like The Doobies will long be remembered for their music and soul long after the "who's hot and nude and trying to sing" people are long gone!
