I'm going in August of 2024 and I'm already disappointed, lol. I know this video is 4 years old but I'm sure very little has changed. Thanks for providing a more realistic view of this resort. Thumbs up.
Hi. Considering this property when we go in September. Two questions. One pertaining to the late night departure with our flight. Do they allow late check out or allow us on property until roughly 6pm? Second, do they have and stock a mini fridge like most AI resorts? Thank you! 😊
Bitterly disappointed with this hotel the food service was absolutely terrible, very poor food availability throughout the day drinks availability again awful run out of most popular drinks no ice for 2days so no mixer drinks especially on a hot day, only à la cart food at night meal again it was so small and very very limited. Rooms were dirty generally everywhere the hotel is very dated and seriously needs cleaning and renovations urgently. We stayed mid-October 22 my expectations where high but for £4500 for 10 nights AI I’ve stayed in better 2* for a £500 stay well clear you’re be very disappointed❤️🇧🇧

Hi Scott - I don't remember the answers pdf the top of my head. The travel agency you are using to book the trip can find out for you.

What a gorgeous place but unfortunately not for us my husband needs a walk in shower. Beautiful though
