About Tae saying that Jungkook is not letting Jimin come to his room...
1. If they were dating, it wouldn't be weird for Jimin and Jungkook to be spending time alone together, this shouldn't be a "questionable moment".
2. Whatever they were doing, it wasn't anything too important because Jimin was talking on the phone with Tae AND wanted to be with him.
3. Tae's expression when saying this is a bit... nostalgic? sad? emotional? He seems deep in thought and takes a bit of time to say the words. I don't know what happened, obviously, but Tae and Jk could've had an argument and Jimin was comforting Jungkook.
We never know for sure. Just wanted to add this thoughts.
