If anybody is curious, the name of the technology is called projection mapping. There is software you install on your computer that is outputting to a projector and you can animate lines and shapes, typically on walls or furniture for concerts. The use on human bodies is inspired and honestly the first time I have seen it. The software I like using is called HeavyM but it's entirely possible the mappers here are using a more sophisticated tool.
