Whoa there, good buddy. The Anytone 5555 series is an 'export radio' a.k.a. 10 METER rig. It is for HAM and it does not have the FCC sticker on it like the 5 presented in this video. I would bet I could find a Zastone unit that would make the Anytone look like a kid's FRS radio toy if one wants to go out of the boundaries.
Never heard of a Luiton, and I don't want to sound like a troll, but it sure isn't a High End radio. Maybe bump it down and put a Quad 5 or Stryker in it's place. I left a like anyway-LOL 21 South Carolina, Old Radio Night
Thanks for the feedback! Luiton might not be on the high-end spectrum for radios. Consider checking out Quad 5 or Stryker for a different experience. Left a like anyway-LOL. 21 South Carolina, Old Radio Night! 📻👍
Only my opinion Ole School Trancievers Beat the new radio technology hands down Basics always works especially when Skip works Better because no interference with new tech Chip.
Galaxy 959 not bad radio but want get Clarifier open and hope stays on Frequency because I have 2010 Galaxy DX 959 Clarifier not open up and drifts of Frequency on Sideband but not am !
Seems like you're not impressed! According to you, all these radios are junk, and only the Galaxy, with the right mods, stands a chance. Your old RCI 2950, nearly 30 years old, could outperform them all. 📻🔧👍
@@bestreviewshows Ya did good. I agree with 4 out 5 of the picks. These comments from people with EXPORT RADIOs are barking up the wrong tree. Comparing apples to oranges. Maybe to baseballs.
@@bestreviewshows No it's not. The FM feature is a joke on 11 meters. Especially since the FCC has legit units on QRP. If they allowed SSB to be 12 watts, they could at least have made the FM to be 8 watts. But no. HF is classic AM after 10 meters ... so why bother. Want FM? Go GMRS and have fun.
#5 Already wrong absolutely useless. #4 won't be good for truckers because of side mount mic. #3 very basic. #2 Don't know anyone who has this. #1 is not the best high end but is good but requires many mods. The writer of the computer script obviously knows nothing about radio or trucking.
Something tells me the computer reading this script has never used a radio
The Anytone 5555n would run circles around any of these rigs
I ADAMANTLY, WHOLEHEARTEDLY, ONE HUNDRED PERCENT, TEE TOTALLY AGREE. I LOVE MY AT-5555n.
PERIOD!!! 👍🫡🤠

@@mikepxg6406 I am Talking about a Citizens Band radio Rig.
@@bradlong7941 the Anytone 5555n covers all of the 10 and 11 metre band in all modes. FFC only apples in the USA so not relevant

None of the gee-whiz, super-duper radios have the new FM feature? Sad.
Surprisingly, none of the gee-whiz, super-duper radios have the new FM feature. Disappointing, isn't it? 📻😞

I will stick to my 40 year old Marko CB-747 export that old rig will run this junk out of town.

Garbage radios
Simple and to the point - you're not a fan, you consider them garbage radios.
They have these things called mobile phones now......
I hope you're not a truck driver.
