- Last weekend, I went on a solo trip outside of Seoul to Suwon, South Korea and it ended up being one of my favorite trips I've taken since I got to Korea! ☺️ I really love taking solo trips in Korea and bringing you guys along for the ride, so I hope you enjoy the video! I have seen it and loved it ... I have been following Kim Sejeong since PD 101 days and even voted for her so I support almost everything she does and that drama really showcased her acting skills and vibes.

Also, if you need another day trip check out Gwangmyeong! There's the Gwangmyeong Cave Park that used to be a former mine, they always have really interesting light displays. There's also Dodeoksan Park, I didn't get a chance to go but I saw a lot of pretty pictures on Instagram! There's also Ikea which is one of the biggest locations. My friend and I had a lot of fun in Ikea. We went to Gwangmyeong in the summer, and it was so hot, Ikea was a great place to cool off and the meal we had in the cafeteria was pretty good.

Yes huge Uncanny Encounter fan over here too! It was such a beautiful show 🥺 especially with the main characters each having their own reasons to become demon hunters.

Not sure if you're interested in something like that but maybe visit the "unification park" close to 강릉시 with a captured / stranded North Korean submarine on display (1996 Gangneung submarine infiltration incident). 🙂 You might enjoy the traditional mask dance at 안동 하회마을 .

Suwon near Seoul is one of cities that have Korean traditional heritage like Hwa Sung castle, World cultural heritage pointed by UNESCO, Also is famous in various local foods like 통닭, 청국장.

Suwon is a lovely city! I love seeing old constructions and it was nice that you found that place from the kdrama. Have you seen "Hello my twenties"? They also have nice locations, but i have no idea where they filmed.
I've watched Uncanny Counter! I enjoyed it. Agree it's underrated. If people remember it's based on a webtoon and take it as it is, they would enjoy it too. I mean when I read the description on Netflix, "Noodle shop employees by day and demon hunters by night..." I was like "oh I gotta watch it.
I grew up in Suwon for some part of my life. My dad was stationed at K-13. I spent a substantial part of my K to 12 in Suwon ended up graduating from high school in Suwon. The name of the school was indeed Suwan High. LOL. In any case, I am now living in the states halfway around the globe and you are over there. Thank you for sharing. It made me walking down memory lane.

수원 화성에 가셨으면 장안문쪽인가.. 자세히 기억은 안나지만.. 그쪽으로 진미통닭이라고 치킨 맛집인데 유명한 곳이에요 인터넷으로 찾아보면 쉽게 찾으실수 있으실거에요.. 거기가 또 사연이 있는데 진미통닭 바로 옆에 다른 치킨집이 있는데 거긴 거기 주방장이 따로 나와서 차린 치킨집인데 본 가게보다 더 장사가 잘되긴 했어요 암튼 수원하면 떠올르는게.. 수원 양념(왕)갈비가 유명하고 수원진미통닭 .. 수원 인계동에 아주 매운 신 닭발집이라고 .. 인계동 먹자골목 안에 있는 곳인데 3개는 꼭 드셔보세요

Where did you live in Seoul? Because I lived in Suwon and it was about a 20 minute bus ride to Seoul but you are saying it took you an hour and 20 minutes.

Suwon really isn’t bad! And it’s right next to Seoul, which is a plus! I think it’s a magical and beautiful city! I personally wouldn’t mind working in suwon 🤗

i was just thinking how you were hypocritical because of what you said on instagram and im glad you addressed it. I feel like you think you are better than those people who go after what they like just because its bts related. I dont know why is such a bad thing people saying they wanted to see Daegu because of it. In the end they want to see that place through your eyes and the way you experience things. I really like your content your trips and your personality so i got a little surprised when i saw that type of comment on instagram.
Hello! I feel like you took what I said in my Instagram story wrong 😅 I said nothing in my story regarding my judgement of other people going to places strictly for BTS. I don’t judge anyone for doing something like that neither do I think I’m better than them. I support people doing what makes them happy! You do you is what I always think. I have no judgement. But for me personally, I was disappointed that people only wanted me (who has repeatedly said is not an army) to go to Daegu just because some BTS members are from there. It’s not my brand on RUclips (doing that kind of stuff) as well as the fact that I’m not a fan of BTS. it’s not something I would enjoy. One of my friends is an army and she loves seeing BTS stuff in Korea and I support her in that 100%! That’s just not my thing personally and not my brand on my channel. If you want me to visit someone in Korea, you’re going to have to convince me more than just telling me that BTS is from there 😂 I hope this explanation helps you understand me better. 😁
