There is only one really active group I know of that has members who are allowed to eat whatever they want and that is Dreamcatcher; they are very responsible about their dieting so they are always ready to perform. They do a great job on their own with no supervision about it. Dreamcatcher Company apparently realizes important things about the Health and Wellness of their performers (so they will last longer in the industry) that apparently escapes the brains of the bigger companies (which apparently do not give any FFFFs about any of their talented idols; actions speak louder than words). Athletes need to be properly FED or they won't be Athletes for very long at all. Dancers are Athletes no matter how you cut it. Idols are Dancers.

Sakura literally fought for them to be able to do that in a pre-debut meeting with executives (it's on one of the episodes of "The World is My Oyster") only for the English subtitles to change what she was saying to make it sound like she was complaining about people not dieting. It's kind of well-known that LSF manages their own diets because of that though, since the mistranslation was such a big deal. The JYP groups are also allowed to manage their own diets but, if they do gain too much (by the company standards), they're encouraged to lose weight in a healthy way. Blackpink was another one who always said that they don't diet. I'm also not sure about Wooah. I know Nana has said that she doesn't diet but I'm not sure about the rest of the members.

In an enclosed room..the air-conditioner can be dirty if not cleaned regularly and you end up breathing in air that is not good for you if the filter is dirty.. Hope the agency look into such things and get it maintain regularly. And idols also had to wear "light clothes" in summer and when they get wet.. (think waterbomb).. and they can catch a flu also..

Le sserafim has been working non stop since the year started from cb preparations to comeback chaos showcase, performences Coachella, then again prontoions.. going through hate, performing at festivals, performing at television shows,MTV, fearnada preprations, japan events preprations in between all these shooting yt content for fans plus( again preparing for comeback all these months again) they work so hard and fearnots we should not step back song of the year and artist of the year performence of the year are all le sserafim's💙 fighting( i hope all members are safe and healthy before thier next cb)
When you have this kind of cough something that can help a lot is to drink lots lots lots of water and of course the medicine /rest/cares. Try drinking water and you will improve way quicker than other times.

I think it'll be better if Manchae takes a break from this week's Music Bank, just like Sangmin last week. I'm sure they can find a special MC for the show. After all, there are also 2 days of Fernanda this week and I'm worried that she'll be too tired of having such a busy schedule two weeks in a row. The traveling alone must've been exhausting. But I'm sure her sisters and their staff will take great care of our Manchae.
I feel bad for eunchae the most like I feel like she gets overworked even more than the others, has more hectic and stressful schedules and due to that schedule and overworking she gets sick and also tired. I mean I think the others also get overworked but I feel like not so much like our manchae
