The other day I sat for like 30 to 40 minutes detangling with my wide tooth comb and leave in conditioner, then I lathered it real good and braided it, put it in a bonnet and slept. Next day i didn't even comb, just ran my fingers through for a few knots and did more conditioner, braid, and bonnet for bed. Only been a couple days but i feel like it has helped so much! Plus before I did the conditioner, the bonnet itself seemed to help a lot with it staying softer and tangling a bit less
