RBI 2023 notification is now out and as per the timetable provided to you, today we have the first class on Management - Motivation & Leadership.
From the exam perspective, these two chapters are of utmost importance as it has been seen that repeated questions have been asked both in the objective as well as the descriptive part in the past.

I see that there are lots of theories taught in class which haven't been mentioned in the RBI notification syllabus. Can anyone tell me why is it so? I was under the impression that we have to only stick to syllabus.
Yes, I do understand your concern here. If I see it from a perspective of a student, he/she will always prefer to stick to the syllabus. However, the RBI has the tendency to ask questions about additional topics which are not explicitly mentioned in the syllabus. Just to be on the safe side and considering the worst-case scenario we teach all the theories so that you do not miss any chance to gain more marks.
