For Dough-
All purpose flour (maida)- 2 cups
Salt -1/2 tsp
Water
For Stuffing:
Cabbage - 2 cups
Onion -1/2 cup
Garlic cloves - 8 to 10
Green chillies - 2
Spring Onion - 2 tbsp (optional)
Black pepper powder -1/3 tsp
Soy sauce -1 tsp
Sugar -1 tsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Cooking oil -1 tbsp
For chutney:
Tomato -1 large
Onion - 1
Ginger - 1 inch
Sugar- 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Cooking oil -1 tsp
