u can chhange the language to english once u first turned on ur switch and all of the switch are region free so pwede mo malaro kahit anong game yan english o jap d katulad ng 3ds region lock

King Zarks i think lazada has a pretty good refund policy for immediate defects. 7-days no questions asked returns. The Nintendo Switch has pretty good quality control, I don't think there have been widespread issues. This one I bought has been perfect since day one.
