Hard to believe, but he was even better during his Tiny Desk performance. Not too many artists who manage to sound live better than their studio performance. V has it all, talent, looks, charisma.

He is an amazing live singer. I've seen him live several times and he is spot on every time. He doesnt get enough recognition for his vocals. He is even better live! Not only is he so strong pitch wise, his vocals are super strong. And his unique tone is beautiful.
Genuinely can't believe this was live and done in ONE TAKE. You guys, we need to be insufferable with vocalist Taehyung praise. We are NOT loud enough. His vocals were so perfect tht I thought it was the studio version but I knew it wasnt cus it sounded better. This was FLAWLESS.

V does not get enough credit for his singing skills. Even to this day, there are online haters claiming he’s vocally weak and only gets by on his looks. It’s insane, especially when we literally have videos like this where he is truly singing live.
I don’t understand the haters. I believe they’re secretly obsessed with him. V’s voice is magical and he takes the listener on a beautiful journey of sound.
You should for sure react to his Tiny Desk performance it is breathtaking !

Tae's "first take" performance got h0e$ mad so bad cuz how dare Taehyung sound exactly like studio while singing in just one take with a mic that even records slightest sounds like gulping and all! Moreover he changed the notes so effortlessly like HOW DARE HE BE THIS CONFIDENT

Taehyung is really underrated vocally, he's a genius not only musically but in many different ways. He listens to a lot of music the most in BTS (it was confirmed in suchwita) and he can always bring out a way to master those genres, he's the multi-talented chameleon of BTS♡

First take was an amazing experience Vs vocals are surreal. Sometimes I wish radio stations from the United States would happen upon some of these reviews and play his music by chance. Kim Taehyung is showing the world he is more than fashion.

Yes, because he is V, he has this courage and amazing vocal power to sing in such programs without modifying the voice. No one has this power. In my opinion, his voice here exactly matches the recording.
Slow Dancing band session is also amazing
Iris Stevenson, another brilliant voice coach agrees with you. She told Tae during American Hustle Life that he had a voice that made people feel something. Iris recognized Tae's talent before BTS was big and now here we are years later with Layover. All the guys turned out great solo efforts, but Tae's album is my favorite. His voice is so soothing and soulful.

@@sofUs_2 you are absolutely correct! This is why this EP and all his live performances were so important for people to see what he’s capable of. I never quite understood why someone with such a wide vocal range is not utilized more.. if I’m being honest, I don’t want to go back to the way things were regarding line distribution with their group songs.
@@thaliagika5289because not every song is fit for his vocals .. in a group song there will always be someone like that .. that's why solos are important so they can show their real potential...

Justin u Missing 2 AMAZING BAND performances of V, Tiny Desk Korea , Slow Dancing Love Me Again Band session V played Saxophone in last he is such a Icon Singer so distinctive voice. The way he lets Intrumemtal breath to have their own shine moment.
Taehyung was always a great vocalist and it was proven that his southful baritone is an amazing gift .. but ppl tended to underestimate him bcs he was restricted and directed to cope up with the band .
I really loved layover it is a flawless skipless from rainy days until the last melody of slow dancing piano version ..
The only sad thing is that it was short 😢😢😢😢 . 18 minutes total ..
